Job Overview:

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of dispensing excellence, collaborating with Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to achieve seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Dispensing Team Members to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to achieve seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance dispensing processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, adhering to established procedures
Requirements:
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with recognized Leadership Qualification
  • Proven track record of leadership and mentoring experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Experience with quality assurance and auditing
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
