Specialty Doctor Emergency Medicine Position

The Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialty Doctor to join our Emergency Medicine team. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our emergency services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in emergency medicine, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our emergency services.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives and national guidelines.
- Engage in teaching and training activities, supporting the development of junior staff and contributing to the education of medical students and other healthcare professionals.
- Fellowship of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine or equivalent medical qualification.
- At least 4 years of postgraduate training in the UK or equivalent experience in a relevant specialty.
- Excellent clinical skills, including ALS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands, with a flexible approach to work.
