Specialty Doctor Emergency Medicine Position

The Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialty Doctor in Emergency Medicine to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our emergency services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in emergency medicine, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our emergency services.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Trust and national guidelines.
- Engage in teaching and training activities, supporting the development of junior staff and medical students.
- Participate in research and quality improvement projects, contributing to the advancement of emergency medicine and improving patient care.
- Fellowship of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine or equivalent medical qualification.
- At least 4 years of postgraduate training in the UK or equivalent experience.
- Strong clinical skills, including ALS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
