Financial Controller Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our client's finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to providing competitive compensation packages to its employees.
Responsibilities include leading and preparing weekly sales order monitoring, preparing accurate profit analysis, and assisting in commercial pricing activity in line with company policy. You will also assist the Financial Controller in cash flow planning and treasury management, as well as introducing new processes around customer onboarding and order book management.

Requirements:
• Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA accountant
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in financial planning and analysis
