Student Well-being Coordinator

We are seeking a Student Well-being Coordinator to join our team at Academics in Thurrock, Essex.
This is a full-time, term-time only position, requiring the successful candidate to provide support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, preferably in psychology or a related field, and be eager to pursue a career in education, therapy, psychological research, mental health, or speech and language pathology.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with specialists regularly and contribute to creating a positive learning environment for our students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs.
- Working alongside a supportive, friendly, and determined inclusion staff.
- Facilitating the differentiation of tasks for students.
- Working with small groups of individual students on specific tasks.
