Job Title: Wellness Instructor

We are seeking a passionate Wellness Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in promoting physical activity and wellness among students, while also overseeing the delivery of sports activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to plan and deliver engaging sports lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver sports lessons to small groups of students, promoting physical activity and teamwork.
  • Organize and oversee sports activities, including swimming and dance therapy, as part of the school's curriculum.
  • Coordinate sporting events during lunchtimes and encourage active participation.
  • Develop relationships with the community to promote inclusive sports and physical activities.
  • Foster both competitive and non-competitive sports engagement, encouraging students' participation in events like sports day and the panathlon.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of sports equipment, reporting any issues and keeping detailed records.
  • Provide additional classroom and lunchtime support as needed, and assist with school trips and events.

Salary Information: £110,000 per annum (based on 25 days of work per week)
