About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our diverse property portfolio across Greater Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential and commercial properties, providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, and driving business growth through effective property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of our property portfolio, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs promptly.
  • Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Monitor property budgets, collect rent payments, and manage expenditure to optimize property performance.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on property status, financial performance, and tenant relations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in property management, ideally with exposure to both residential and commercial properties.
  • License and Car: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a car for property inspections and client meetings.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of property management regulations and best practices.
