About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Integro Partners Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing our growing property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service levels, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring timely maintenance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead internal maintenance teams and external contractors to deliver high-quality services and meet business objectives.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement procurement processes, negotiating agreements with external contractors to optimize costs and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong focus on maintenance issue resolution and compliance management.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in compliance management, such as gas, electric, and EPC, are highly desirable.
