Job Title: Senior Veterinary Surgeon Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Vetisco. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to take on a leadership role in providing exceptional care to animals.

About the Role: As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while working closely with our practice manager to maximize commercial performance. You will also play a key role in supporting and sharing clinical best practices within and across our practices and wider community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional excellence, observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to maximize commercial performance with a focus on key measures.
  • Pro-actively support and share clinical best practice within and across practices and the wider Medivet community.

Your Skills and Experience:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced veterinary surgeon who possesses excellent coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague. A strong background in delivering commercial performance through effective allocation of clinical activity is essential. Additionally, being RCVS registered and having a proven track record of maintaining high standards of patient care will be viewed favorably.
