Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team in North East London.
We are proud to offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:As a Lead Veterinary Surgeon at Compass Associates, you will be responsible for leading the clinical team and driving business growth. You will also contribute to consultations and surgeries, ensuring exceptional patient care.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the veterinary team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the practice management team to drive business growth and expansion.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Clinical Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience as a veterinary surgeon.
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven leadership experience in a veterinary setting.
- Business Acumen:
- Strong business skills and ability to manage finances.
