About the Opportunity

Armstrong Integrated Limited is seeking a talented Industrial Pump Systems Sales Enablement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth in industrial pump systems.
  • Lead customer success from onboarding to the entire life cycle, ensuring seamless customer experience and loyalty.
  • Drive sales of services and parts solutions by analyzing customer needs and providing proactive communication.
  • Prioritize outreach to the installed base, focusing on driving sales through value selling.

Technical Expertise:

  • Expertise in ERP and CRM systems, with experience in manipulating data and presenting meaningful reports.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering functions and principles, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools and platforms, with experience in using them to streamline sales processes.

Education and Experience:

  • A graduate degree in Engineering, Data Management, or Cloud management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven work experience in providing customer solutions and driving sales growth, with a strong track record of achievement.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
