Following impressive growth and a strong focus on Heat Pumps, they are expanding their sales team across multiple regions.

We are seeking a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to cover the Northern region, including key areas such as Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Stoke, and Sheffield. In this role, you’ll focus on building and managing relationships with commercial customers — contractors, consultants, and end-users — while driving sales through their well-established merchant network. The product portfolio includes Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps, as well as Boilers, with technical support for quotations and specifications, enabling you to prioritise customer engagement and business development.

Ideally the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will have experience selling technical commercial products such as Heat Pumps, Boilers, BMS, or related plumbing and heating systems. Strong existing relationships with contractors, consultants, and merchants will be essential.

The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will receive:

* £45,000 -£55,000
