We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Information and Advice Specialist to join our team at Age UK. As an Information and Advice Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing accurate, impartial, and comprehensive information and advice to support older people and those seeking advice to support an older person in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of topics, including community care, housing, income, and benefits
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including older people, their families, and carers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and policy changes
