Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our User Support Services Team as an Apprentice IT Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality IT support to our colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line IT support to colleagues and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex IT issues and implement new technologies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our IT systems and processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid passport or birth certificate.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Must have lived in the UK and/or EEA for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date.
  • Not be in full-time education or undertaking another apprenticeship.
  • Hold GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
