About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planner to join our team at ASOS. As a key member of our Merchandise Planning department, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and tactical planning to drive sales and profitability across our product categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category plans to achieve sales and margin targets
  • Collaborate with product teams to agree on budget allocation and trading strategies
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and risks, and make recommendations to drive sales and margin
  • Provide guidance to product teams on width and depth requirements to meet customer demand
  • Manage intake and OTB allocation to deliver stock requirements to the business
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance through creative thinking at a merchandiser level
  • Commercial approach and control of financial budgets and targets
  • Strong numerical acumen to manage performance by category
  • Experience in planning, managing sales, stock, intake and OTB
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Fashion/market knowledge to guide relevant trade-off decisions between business units
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive the best results for ASOS.com
