At Schlumberger, we are committed to developing the next generation of HR professionals. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various initiatives that support our people-first strategy. You will collaborate with teams within AbTC and the wider HR team across the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR Manager and HR Representative on recruitment, candidate management, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, employee rewards, learning & development, and DEI.
  • Assist with the management of annual global and local HR initiatives within the location.
  • Develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
