Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Adelaide Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality homecare services that support the rights of clients to live the lives they choose.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring of performance to deliver high-quality homecare to customers.
- Lead and manage the staff team, providing sound leadership and ensuring staff are clear about their duties and responsibilities, and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.
- Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in care management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and occasional weekends.
