Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our established Adults Social Care & Health team in the UK.

This rewarding position offers an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by ensuring their well-being and dignity are prioritised. Our team provides support to individuals with various needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and dementia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality personal care while respecting privacy, dignity, and cultural needs.
  2. Assist individuals with eating, drinking, and personal hygiene (including clothing, incontinence wear, and mobility tasks).
  3. Support individuals in participating in daily activities as outlined in their care plans.
  4. Contribute to risk management, ongoing assessments, and the monitoring of service users' needs.
  5. Assist with car park duties and other tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  1. Experience in providing care and support to individuals with personal, physical, and emotional needs.
  2. Ability to follow care plans and risk assessments to promote independence and safety.
  3. A positive, compassionate, and 'can do' attitude towards care work.
Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary for this role is £40 per hour inclusive of holiday pay. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
