Care Assistant Day Shifts Oxford

We are seeking skilled healthcare support team members to work with our esteemed clients based in Oxford and its surroundings.
As a day shift healthcare assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on assistance to service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized support plans to cater to individual service users' needs.
- Assist service users with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic support services.
- Support service users to participate in community-based activities and events.
- NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
This role offers a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum, providing a stable income for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality care services.
