About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at On Target Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with National and Independent Plumber Merchants, as well as Plumbing Contractors/Installers, to generate demand for our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure they are fully utilizing our products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the plumbing and heating industry, preferably with a focus on field sales
  • Strong relationships with key customers and a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and develop strategies to improve it
