The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing testing of the PeopleXD Payroll system, ensuring it accurately pays employees and meets the needs of Norse. This will involve developing a detailed plan, producing a resource plan, capturing testing progress, and recording and reporting defects and issues.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll, testing, and system management, with excellent organisational and time management skills, a flexible approach, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

In return for their expertise, Norse Group offers a company culture that promotes staff reinvestment, respect, and trust, as well as a competitive salary, annual leave, and benefits package.

The role is based at Unity Place, Norwich, and requires a full-time commitment of 37 hours per week.
