Technical Support Administrator

Salary: £28-35K per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This site-based position is an ideal opportunity for individuals with a strong background in food manufacturing and technical administration. As a Technical Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Customer Quality Manager and assist in responding to customer queries, artwork, and specification requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Completion of customer Supplier Audit Questionnaires and general customer queries.
  • Assisting the CQM with compilation of finished product specifications.
  • Supporting the artwork process from origination to sign off.
  • Packaging intake checks and QA systems maintenance.
  • Hygiene inspections and internal audits as per schedule.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science or related subject matter.
  • Experience in food manufacturing.
  • Ideal experience with retailer portals.
  • Spreadsheet skills.
  • Knowledge of legislation and artwork.
  • BRC or BRCGS working knowledge of food standards.
Working Environment:

This role requires working within all company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Food Safety, Authenticity, Legality, and Quality Standards.
