Job Summary
Busy Bees Bromsgrove is seeking an exceptional Nursery Practitioner to join our highly passionate and dedicated childcare team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
- Create outstanding learning environments for our Children to really help them achieve all they can be.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality childcare and education.
