Nursery Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of high-quality care and education for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including managing staff, creating schedules, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines, while also implementing and refining policies and procedures to meet the needs of children and families.
- Support the professional development and mentorship of nursery staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead communication with parents and families, fostering strong relationships within the local community.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement and development of the nursery's curriculum and activities, ensuring engaging and enriching experiences for children.
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Early Years or above
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a nursery setting, with a deep understanding of childcare best practices and legislative requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a genuine passion for nurturing and developing young minds.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record keeping and budget management.
