Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team to deliver exceptional care and education for young children in our nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of passionate nursery staff, promoting their professional growth and upholding the highest standards of care and education.
- Develop and execute engaging activities and experiences to promote children's learning and development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a warm and inclusive community within the nursery.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to safeguarding and health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with parents and families, sharing valuable insights into children's progress and establishing strong partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including learning journals and observations.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
- Demonstrated track record in a nursery environment, with previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
- Profound understanding of child development and familiarity with early years curriculum frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Strong dedication to advocating for diversity, equality, and inclusion in early years education.
