We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our People and Culture Operations team at WWF-UK as a People and Culture Systems and Data Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the efficient administration of data and systems, including payroll processes, to support the team's delivery of a responsive service to customers.
- Act as a point of contact for routine payroll, systems, and data enquiries, providing timely and accurate information and reports.
- Develop and maintain an inclusive, safe, and empowering culture in which colleagues thrive, in collaboration with the People and Culture team.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in HR administration, including the complete employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency in HR databases and enabling software, preferably iTrent (Core HR, recruitment, and Learning & Development).
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with experience in SharePoint.
- Studying for, or accredited in, or prepared to study for a fundamental relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Flexible approach and willingness to learn, with strong communication, team working, and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary of £29,591 per annum.
- Annual leave starting at 26 days a year, rising one day each year to a maximum of 31 days plus bank holidays.
- Flexible working options, including hybrid working arrangements.
- 5% employer contribution to pension, increased to 10% with employee contribution.
- Training and development opportunities, including regular wellbeing initiatives.
