About the Role

We are seeking an Events Coordinator to join our team in Scarborough.

  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring they have everything they need at the beginning of their journey and continuously thereafter.
  • Encouraging clients to register for their events.
  • Coordinating with venues to ensure event rooms and facilities are set up according to requirements.
  • Preparing handouts, booklets, and event boxes.
  • Taking responsibility for maximising attendance and ensuring event rooms are filled.
  • Attending the venue, helping set up the event, being on hand for any requirements during, and gaining feedback from the attendees.
  • Adding value to the business by identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
