Professional Apprenticeship - Sustainability

We are seeking bright and motivated school leavers to join our team as a Carbon Data Analyst Trainee. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in sustainability, carbon management, and data science principles.

About the Role

This role is part of our Sustainability Function, supporting the Whole Life Carbon team. As a trainee, you will be guided by your Line Manager and Professional Mentor, working closely with teams across Sustainability and the Group Data & Analytics team. You will play a critical role in supporting major construction projects and sustainability initiatives across our business.

  • Build foundational knowledge in sustainability, the carbon impact of construction, and data science.
  • Assist in gathering and managing data from internal teams and supply chain partners, ensuring it is accurate and useful.
  • Help analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for carbon reduction.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
