**Job Title:** Senior Data Analyst
**About the Role:
Immunocore is a pioneering company that has developed a highly innovative soluble TCR platform. We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Oxford, UK.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in developing and maintaining bioinformatic pipelines for processing and analysing genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics data.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and maintain bioinformatic pipelines for processing and analysing genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics data.
- Design and implement algorithms for biological data analysis.
- Liaise with bioinformaticians and wider scientific teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* A degree-level computing degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
* Practical experience developing data processing pipelines.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
