About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payment plans and upsell products to meet customer needs
  • Create and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Utilize our Five9 phone system and management program to streamline customer interactions
