Lead Interior Trim Design Development Engineer

Location: Cranfield

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Lead Interior Trim Design Development Engineer, and the role comes with a PAYE contract rate of £30.78 per hour (Inside IR35).

  • Provide functional leadership, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Develop and implement cost-efficient design solutions.
  • Utilize CAD interrogation skills to drive design excellence.
  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.

  2. Strong analytical skills, with expertise in cost breakdown analysis.
  3. Valid driving license and ability to travel globally.
  4. Design/engineering qualification.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
