**Job Description:

  • As a Lead Vehicle Interior Trim Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers to create innovative and high-quality interior trim designs for vehicles.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing design strategies, managing design projects, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of designs.
  • You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in vehicle interior trim design, with a strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of designers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
