**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Trim Design Engineer to join our team at Techniche Global Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and cost-effective interior trim designs for our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interior trim components using CAD software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and manufacturing needs
  • Analyze data to optimize design for cost competitiveness and functional leadership
  • Lead project work on current and new model modifications
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of interior cabin parts, modules, and manufacturing processes

Requirements:

  • Design or engineering qualification
  • CAD interrogation skills
  • Previous automotive design and development experience
  • Previous experience of cost breakdown analysis and working in a technical/commercial cross-functional team
  • Prior knowledge of interior cabin parts/modules and manufacturing processes
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel globally
