Business Analysis Role

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Business Improvement Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement business improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of business analysis principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in modelling languages such as UML and BPMN is also necessary. Experience with LIMS, ERP, and/or Mobile Data Capture systems is highly valued.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in a business analysis role or related activities. Regular travel may be required to attend meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary package with pension, life assurance, and an employee assistance programme. The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
