Job Overview

The Clinical Lead is accountable to the Clinical Director, working with the Operational Service Manager and Matron for:

• Providing strategic clinical leadership within the clinical service

• Collaborating with the management structure of the Directorate to achieve operational excellence

• Monitoring the quality and safety of activities and proposing actions to address any concerns

• Planning and delivery of efficient, cost-effective clinical services within available resources

• Promoting and leading innovation and improvements in clinical productivity

• Ensuring effective communication between the speciality and the Directorate and Divisional Teams
