Centennial Contractors Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Project Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our construction projects and working closely with our project teams.

About the Role

This position requires someone with experience in the construction industry, preferably with a commercial or industrial general contractor background. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be proficient in estimating, design, and scheduling software. They must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting project team members with various tasks, including report preparation, scoping, estimating, procuring, and submittals. They will also assist with preparing bid documents for subcontractors, assembling quotes for review, gathering safety information, tracking progress payments and invoicing, and preparing subcontracts.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with daily reports, job walks, project buyout support, procurement of subcontractors, materials, and equipment, and prepare AutoCAD as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.
  2. Assist in developing detailed line-item takeoffs and pricing, entering line items into Unit Price Book software using RS Means or other estimating tools.
  3. Prepare bid documents for subcontractors, assemble quotes for review, gather safety information, track progress payments and invoicing, and prepare subcontracts.
  4. Help develop and maintain project schedules.
  5. Ensure compliance with Centennial's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines and local requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 per year, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
