About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Current PIN on the NMC register.
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
