About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' state-of-the-art materials handling systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of materials handling equipment on-site.
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide expert advice.
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and communicate findings to the office.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably within the materials handling or related industries.
  • Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Full UK driving licence.
