About the Role
">This locum Social Worker position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic Mental Health Recovery & Support Team in Merton.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective risk management plans as part of the CPA process.
- Apply relevant legislation, including Community Care, Fair Access to Care Services criteria, the Mental Capacity Act, and the Mental Health Act, to meet service users' needs.
- Fulfill responsibilities under Section 117 of the Mental Health Act to ensure service users' health and social care needs are met.
