Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Private Care Billing function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient invoices
  • Manage a team of billing analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • CCAB qualified accountant or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience in a billing or finance role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
