The Daniel Spargo-Mabbs Foundation is a charity dedicated to supporting young people in making safe choices and reducing harm through education and life skills development.

Job Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Bookings and Events Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and confirming bookings for Theatre in Education play performances within schools, coordinating DSMF events, and working closely with our existing Bookings Administrator to support our delivery of drug education workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective professional relationships with theatre companies and schools
  • Coordinate DSMF events and workshops
  • Support the Bookings Administrator in arranging bookings and confirmations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to develop strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
