Main Duties
  • To oversee comprehensive functional assessments and develop behaviour support plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • To implement and evaluate behaviour support plans and provide training to families, carers, and staff on positive behavioural interventions.
  • To assist in the development, administration, planning, reviewing, and delivering training offered by the IST.
  • To demonstrate a Positive Behaviour Support approach and work with partner agencies to ensure holistic, person-centred services for young people.

An estimated salary for this position is £43,322 - £57,381 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
