Job Purpose

The Resourcing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of resources into the Commissioning Programme. Their responsibilities will include coordinating resourcing activities, supporting stakeholders, and providing guidance on best-practice recruitment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate resourcing activities to support the Commissioning Programme.
  • Support stakeholders in navigating recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Provide guidance on best-practice recruitment and identify strategies for bulk/high volume recruitment.
  • Work closely with the Capability Lead to develop and maintain resource pipelines.
  • Represent the Commissioning Programme at working groups related to recruitment.

Requirements

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in HR or related subject.
  • Good organisational skills, experience in strategy development, and high volume recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
