Resourcing Coordinator

Job Purpose
The Resourcing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of resources into the Commissioning Programme. Their responsibilities will include coordinating resourcing activities, supporting stakeholders, and providing guidance on best-practice recruitment.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate resourcing activities to support the Commissioning Programme.
- Support stakeholders in navigating recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Provide guidance on best-practice recruitment and identify strategies for bulk/high volume recruitment.
- Work closely with the Capability Lead to develop and maintain resource pipelines.
- Represent the Commissioning Programme at working groups related to recruitment.
Requirements
- Minimum level 3 qualification in HR or related subject.
- Good organisational skills, experience in strategy development, and high volume recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
