Job Title: Strategic Community Safety Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to take on the strategic lead for the Community Safety Partnership in Wiltshire. As the Strategic Community Safety Lead, you will work closely with partner agencies to develop and implement the strategy for Wiltshire's Community Safety Partnership. You will be responsible for ensuring the Partnership delivers improved outcomes and effectively promotes the wellbeing and interests of the Wiltshire community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement the Community Safety Partnership strategy in Wiltshire
* Work closely with partner agencies to achieve improved outcomes
* Ensure effective partnership working with a wide range of stakeholders
* Provide expert advice and guidance to Wiltshire Council

Requirements:

* In-depth knowledge and extensive experience of community safety
* Excellent communication and engagement skills
* Ability to work effectively in partnership and build strategic alliances
