The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for taking full ownership of ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations. They will also stay current with industry trends and regulations, making recommendations for process improvements.

The role will involve handling invoice processing, liaising with clients and contractors, and overseeing legislative responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
