Job Title: Property Compliance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Compliance Administrator to join our proactive, supportive, and forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency, Hunters Recruitment & Training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
  • Invoice Processing: Efficiently process and manage invoices in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous Administration Experience: Proven track record in administration roles.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Systematic Approach: Methodical and efficient in work approach.
