We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, reducing aged debt, and negotiating payment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chase customers by phone and email to resolve outstanding debts
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure timely payments
  • Reduce aged debt through effective negotiation and communication
  • Generate and resolve queries related to customer accounts
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely payments
  • Take ownership of your own ledger and manage it effectively
  • Perform B2B and B2C outbound activities to collect debts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Credit Control or Collections
  • Tenacious work ethic and strong attention to detail
  • Systems experience and strong Excel ability
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
