An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as a Locality Integration Manager.
This role is part of the developing Community Care Collaborative, which aims to establish local governance, operational systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with system partners to support the development of one of the six locality partnerships in the BSOL Community Care Collaborative.
- Deliver workstreams within the locality, reporting to the Senior Locality Integration Manager.
- Support the development of the Community Care Collaborative and the integrated Locality Operating Model.
- Collaborate with Operational colleagues to allocate non-recurrent resources across services.
- Manage rota, demand, and capacity modelling, clinic/slot utilisation, DNA and cancellation rates, and workforce recruitment and retention.
- Act as a point of escalation for staff issues impacting service delivery.
This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare in Birmingham and Solihull, working closely with system partners to deliver high-quality care.
