The Role

We're seeking a Part-Time Beauty Advisor to join our team at our Wimbledon counter. As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of our products, and helping customers achieve their beauty goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct services such as pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your expertise and passion for beauty with each customer
  • Embody Trinny London's brand and style, consistently delivering a high level of service and product knowledge
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a positive and motivated attitude
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail position, preferably within beauty or cosmetics
  • Passion for makeup and skincare, with a desire to continuously learn and improve your knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a positive and can-do attitude
