About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Completions Support Administrator to join our team at Gatehouse Bank plc. As a key member of our Home Finance operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of applications through the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer post-offer applications with end-to-end case ownership to deliver positive broker/customer outcomes.
  • Assess and process applications in line with Credit Policy CDD guidelines and standard operating procedures to support the Bank's aim of being recognized as a specialist financier.
  • Support the Bank in delivering an outstanding level of service and achieving external recognition.
  • Effectively manage pipelines, working cases in an efficient manner to contribute to meeting agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborate with all functions and business areas to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage post-offer telephony communications, including inbound and outbound calls, in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Manage completion-related checks prior to funds being released.
  • Assist with managing Completions workflows and managing replies within agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external solicitors, ensuring timely exchange of information and documentation.
Key Skills Required
  • Experience in a home purchase plan or other financing-related process-driven operational team.
  • Ability to support and guide colleagues, with a passion for inspiring and nurturing others for sustained employee engagement.
